1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under specific circumstances, including:

Service not rendered due to fault of SprayZilla

Unsatisfactory service with valid cause and review by management
Please note that due to the nature of mobile detailing and pressure washing—where time, labor, and materials are expended upon arrival at the customer’s location—refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the terms below.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

More than 24 Hours Notice:
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of any pre-paid amount. -
Less than 24 Hours Notice:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded. -
No-Show or Unavailable at Appointment:
If our team arrives at the scheduled time and you are not present (or vehicle/property is inaccessible), we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the total service cost. No refund will be issued in these cases unless special circumstances are reviewed and approved by management.
2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations
If SprayZilla cancels your appointment for any reason (weather, equipment failure, staff emergency, etc.), you are entitled to:

A full refund of any pre-paid amount, or

The option to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge
We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible to minimize inconvenience.
3. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
3.1 Customer Concerns After Service
SprayZilla is committed to delivering quality service. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your detailing or pressure washing appointment, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can investigate and determine a resolution.
Acceptable resolutions may include:

A free touch-up or re-service

A partial refund
-
A full refund (in extreme or unresolvable cases)
Important:
Refunds or re-services are not guaranteed and will be determined at SprayZilla’s discretion after inspection and based on:

Validity of the complaint

Extent of the issue

Efforts made by our team during service

Any damage or conditions unrelated to our work
We do not offer refunds for:

Stains or damage that cannot be removed due to age, wear, or material condition

Unrealistic expectations beyond industry-standard results

Vehicles with poor pre-existing condition

Add-ons or extra services the customer chose but later decides they didn’t need
4. Refund Process and Timing
Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
SprayZilla is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or credit card provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that the following are considered non-refundable under all circumstances:

Gift cards or promotional discounts

Deposits for appointments that are missed without notice

Tips or gratuities paid directly to detailing staff

Services that were completed and signed off by the customer (or representative) at the time of completion

Excessive cleaning surcharges (e.g., pet hair, biohazard fees, mold, etc.) that were agreed to on-site
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without giving SprayZilla the opportunity to resolve the issue directly, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and submit documentation to the payment processor as proof of completed service.
Initiating a chargeback without valid cause may result in:

Permanent banning from booking future services

Legal action for fraudulent chargeback claims
