Welcome to SprayZilla! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online booking platform, and any services provided by SprayZilla, including mobile auto detailing and pressure washing services.

By using our website, booking a service, or engaging with our company in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

 
1. Services Provided

 

SprayZilla provides professional mobile auto detailing and pressure washing services to residential and commercial customers in and around El Paso, Texas. Our services include (but are not limited to):

  • Exterior car washing and waxing

  • Interior vacuuming, cleaning, and shampooing

  • Engine cleaning

  • Headlight restoration

  • Pressure washing of driveways, sidewalks, patios, etc.

  • Fleet vehicle cleaning

  • and other services

Services are performed by appointment and availability only, either scheduled via our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

 
2. Online Booking and Payment
 
2.1 Booking Services

Customers may schedule appointments through our website or by contacting us via phone or email. All bookings made online are considered a formal request for service and are subject to acceptance and confirmation by SprayZilla.

 
2.2 Payment Terms

 

We accept payment via credit/debit card, electronic payment platforms, and other methods as listed at checkout. For online bookings, full or partial payment may be required at the time of scheduling, depending on the service selected.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize SprayZilla (and any third-party payment processor we use) to charge your selected payment method for the total service amount, including any applicable taxes or fees.

 
2.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service fee at our discretion.

SprayZilla reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, or situations that may affect the safety of our staff or equipment.

 
3. Customer Responsibilities

In order for us to perform services effectively, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process

  • Ensure the vehicle or property is accessible and unlocked at the time of service

  • Remove all personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to detailing

  • Notify SprayZilla of any pre-existing conditions or damage

  • Provide a safe and legal working environment (e.g., off-street parking, water access if applicable)

SprayZilla is not responsible for delays or service interruptions resulting from inaccessible locations, customer unavailability, or inaccurate information provided during booking.

 
4. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
 
4.1 Vehicle Condition

While we strive to achieve optimal results, some stains, damage, or wear may not be removable or restorable through detailing alone. We make no guarantees regarding stain removal, paint correction, or restoration outcomes.

 
4.2 Liability Waiver

 

SprayZilla will take every precaution to protect your vehicle and property. However, by using our services, you agree that:

  • SprayZilla is not liable for any pre-existing damage

  • SprayZilla is not responsible for damage resulting from defective parts, poor condition, or prior neglect

  • SprayZilla is not liable for damage caused by improper storage of personal belongings left in the vehicle

 
4.3 Weather Conditions

 

Some services may not be available during adverse weather conditions. In such cases, SprayZilla will contact the customer to reschedule at the earliest convenience. We are not liable for any delays or inconveniences caused by weather-related rescheduling.

 
5. Pricing and Fees

 

All service prices listed on our website or communicated via quote are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Prices may vary based on:

  • Vehicle size and condition

  • Location of service

  • Scope of work requested

  • Special equipment or materials required

Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair, biohazards, mold, or other conditions requiring extra time or supplies.

Quotes provided prior to service are estimates and may be adjusted once the actual condition is assessed.

 
6. Refund Policy

 

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Overpayment or duplicate payment

  • Service not performed due to cancellation by SprayZilla

  • Failure by SprayZilla to arrive and complete service.

All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the service date. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once approved.

 
7. Intellectual Property

 

All content on the SprayZilla website—including text, logos, graphics, service descriptions, and images—is the property of SprayZilla or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our website or branding materials without prior written permission.

 
8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose

  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or its servers

  • Attempt to access any restricted areas without authorization

  • Transmit any harmful or malicious code

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
